These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the technology, website, content, products, and services provided by Healthmate at Home (referred to as “we” or “us”).

About Healthmate at Home

Healthmate at Home serves as a bridge between independent healthcare professionals (“CareGivers”) providing in-home personal care services (“Service”) and the recipient of care (“Patient”). We perform background and experience verification of CareGivers through third-party verification partners. The Services are delivered directly by these CareGivers and not by Healthmate at Home itself.

Customer Agreement

By requesting Service from Healthmate at Home, you agree that:

  • The Service has been advised by a qualified medical professional.
  • You accept full responsibility for the Service and any associated risks.
  • While we strive for high-quality service, Healthmate at Home is not liable for any errors or misconduct by CareGivers, including criminal activity.
  • There is no guarantee of recovery or outcome from the Services.
  • A safe and respectful environment must be provided for CareGivers at all times.
  • You authorize Healthmate at Home to collect and use patient data for service delivery and improvements (without disclosing patient identity).
  • We are not responsible for any misuse of information by third parties.
  • Payments must be made as per agreed terms and are not contingent on service outcomes.

Scheduling Appointments

Appointments can be scheduled via our website: www.healthmateathome.com. Once you fill out the booking request, our team will contact you to confirm the appointment and service details.

CareGiver Selection

Healthmate at Home assigns CareGivers based on availability and suitability. While we try to consider your preferences, the final assignment is at our discretion. We do not guarantee the same CareGiver for each visit.

General Payment Terms

Payments may be made via cash, cheque, or through secure online payment links shared by our team. Services will only be confirmed once payment is received. Non-payment may result in cancellation of services.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website remains the intellectual property of Healthmate at Home or its licensors. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or misuse any materials. All content is protected under applicable copyright laws.

Limitation of Liability

Healthmate at Home is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. In any case, our maximum liability is limited to INR 100/- (Rupees One Hundred Only).

Information You Provide

You agree to provide complete and accurate information regarding yourself and the Patient, including medical and personal details necessary for the delivery of services. Inaccurate information may affect service quality. We may share this data with assigned CareGivers for operational purposes.

Customised Service and Payment Flow

Every Patient is unique. Our team consults with you upon booking to understand the medical condition and suggest a suitable care plan. Payment is requested only after mutual agreement on services and pricing. We use third-party payment systems to ensure secure transactions.

Termination

Healthmate at Home may terminate Services at any time for any reason, with notification sent via SMS.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is outlined in our internal documentation. Please ask our customer support team if you need specific refund terms related to your service.

Cancellation or Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment by notifying our team at least 24 hours in advance. While we’ll try our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, we cannot guarantee the same CareGiver or availability. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments at our discretion.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Udaipur shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
